Resilience Peptides (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

  • Order information: name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone, order contents.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment providers (PayPal, NOWPayments, Authorize.Net / Easy Pay Direct). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Account information (if you create an account): username, hashed password, order history.
  • Communications: emails or messages you send us.
  • Site usage: pages visited, device, browser, IP address, referrer (via Google Analytics and server logs).
  • Cookies: small files used to remember your cart, log-in state, and analytics. See Section 5.

2. How we use it

  • Process and ship your orders.
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
  • Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and (with your consent) marketing email.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, or misuse.
  • Improve our site and product line.
  • Comply with legal obligations (tax reporting, law enforcement requests).

3. Sharing

We share only the minimum necessary information with:

  • Payment processors (PayPal, NOWPayments, Easy Pay Direct / Authorize.Net) to process transactions.
  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS) to deliver orders.
  • Hosting & infrastructure providers under written confidentiality.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4) using anonymized identifiers.
  • Email service (Postmark) to send transactional and marketing email.
  • Law enforcement or courts in response to a valid legal request.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention

Order records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically 7 years). Account data is retained while your account is active. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults.

5. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for cart functionality, login sessions, and analytics. You may disable cookies in your browser; some site features will not function without them. Where required by law (e.g., Illinois, California, EU), we present a consent banner before loading non-essential trackers.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act, CCPA/CPRA, and similar Illinois, Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut laws), you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we hold about you.
  • Request a copy or correction.
  • Request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Opt out of marketing email at any time (unsubscribe link in every email).
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

7. Security

We protect your information with TLS encryption, access controls, and routine security review. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

This site is not directed at and may not be used by anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be noted at the top with an updated date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
