Eligibility
Because our products are sterile single-use laboratory consumables, return eligibility is limited.
- Unopened, original packaging, within 30 days of delivery: full refund less original shipping. Customer pays return shipping.
- Opened or seal-broken peptide vials: non-returnable, non-refundable. Once the sterile seal is broken we cannot accept the product back into inventory.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items received: full refund or replacement at our cost. Report within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
How to request a return
Email support@resiliencepeptides.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address. Returns shipped without an RMA will be refused.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Bank-transfer (BACS) and crypto-paid orders are refunded by the same method; cryptocurrency refunds are issued at the USD value at time of refund, not the original purchase price.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once a shipping label is generated, the order cannot be cancelled but may be returned under the policy above.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We resolve nearly all disputes by direct refund within 10 business days. Fraudulent chargebacks are referred to collections.
