These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products from Resilience Peptides (“we”, “us”, “our”) through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Laboratory research use only
All products sold on this site are supplied solely for invitro laboratory research use. They are not drugs, food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not for use in or on humans or animals, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use, and have not been approved or evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for such uses.
2. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are: (a) at least 21 years of age; (b) a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional, or affiliated with a research institution; and (c) purchasing solely for invitro research purposes. We may, at our discretion, request proof of professional or institutional affiliation and may refuse or cancel any order.
3. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, modify, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected misuse, inaccurate information, pricing errors, or stock limitations. Charges are only authorized once we accept the order.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are in U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice. Sales tax is applied where required. Payment must be received and cleared before shipment. For bank-transfer / Zelle orders, shipment occurs within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resilience Peptides’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a product or this site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that products are safe or appropriate for any particular use.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Resilience Peptides, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your misuse of any product, (b) any use of any product in or on humans or animals, or (c) your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
9. Compliance with law
You agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing your purchase, possession, and use of the products, including without limitation U.S. controlled-substance, drug, and chemical export laws.
10. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Illinois. You waive any right to participate in a class action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP infringement.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
