Processing time
Orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment is verified. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a tracking email when your shipment leaves our facility.
Shipping zones & rates
We currently ship only within the continental United States (lower 48 states + DC). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
- Standard shipping: $9.95 flat rate per order.
- Free shipping: Orders $150 and above ship free.
Carrier & transit times
We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground at our discretion. Typical transit time is 2 to 5 business days from ship date. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Hot-weather holds
Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for short periods, but we may delay shipping by 1–2 days during severe heat advisories in your delivery region to avoid prolonged in-transit temperatures. We will email you if your order is held.
Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact your carrier first and file a missing-mail claim. After 7 days with no resolution, email support@resiliencepeptides.com with your order number and we will work with you on a replacement at our discretion. We are not liable for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.
If the package arrives damaged, photograph the outer box, packing material, and contents immediately and email support@resiliencepeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a carrier claim.
Incorrect addresses
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Packages returned to us as undeliverable will be reshipped at your expense.
