Description

CJC-1295 (No DAC), also referred to as modified GRF(1-29), is a synthetic 29-residue peptide amide derived from residues 1–29 of human GHRH (UniProt P01286, mature chain) with four substitutions (D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15, Leu27). It has no C-terminal Lys(maleimidopropionyl) modification. It is a GHRH-receptor ligand.
