Description

Retatrutide is a synthetic 39-residue linear peptide amide. It contains α-aminoisobutyric acid (Aib) at positions 2 and 20 and α-methyl-L-leucine at position 13, and an icosanedioic (C20) fatty diacid is attached to the Lys17 side chain through a γ-glutamyl–AEEA linker.
